No Return & No Refund Policy for Shipped Hatching Eggs
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of hatching eggs, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns on hatching eggs. Once eggs leave our farm, we cannot control handling conditions, temperature exposure, incubation practices, or postal carrier treatment.
2. No Hatch Rate Guarantee
Hatch rates cannot be guaranteed. Successful hatching depends on many factors outside our control, including:

Shipping handling and transit conditions

Incubation equipment accuracy

Humidity and temperature control

Individual incubation practices
By purchasing hatching eggs, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
3. Shipping Damage
Shipments are Insured. While we take great care in packaging eggs securely, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Minor shell cracks, detached air cells, or reduced hatch rates due to transit stress are not grounds for refund.
If eggs arrive severely damaged (major breakage), customers must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the box and damaged eggs
Any compensation for severe damage is at our sole discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
5. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this No Return & No Refund Policy.
