Thank you for purchasing hatching or incubated eggs from our farm. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

General Hatching Egg Policy

Hatching eggs are a delicate and perishable product. While we take every precaution to provide fresh, fertile eggs from healthy breeding stock, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed once eggs leave our care. Eggs are shipped Fresh as they lay.  You will receive an e-mail when they have shipped. Please allow 7-14 days for processing. 

Many factors influence hatch success, including:

  • Shipping handling and transit conditions

  • Incubator accuracy (temperature & humidity control)

  • Egg turning consistency

  • Elevation and climate differences

  • Experience level of the person incubating

By purchasing hatching eggs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.


Shipping Policy for Hatching Eggs

  • Eggs are collected fresh and stored properly before shipment.

  • Orders are packed carefully using protective materials to reduce movement and damage.

  • Eggs are shipped via USPS Priority.

  • We ship early in the week (typically Monday–Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • We are not responsible for rough handling by postal carriers.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather.

  • Minor shell imperfections or detached air cells may occur during shipping.

If eggs arrive visibly damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged eggs

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


Incubated Eggs Policy

Incubated eggs (eggs that have already begun development prior to shipping) carry additional risk.

Please understand:

  • Shipping incubated eggs significantly lowers hatch rates.

  • Development may stop due to jostling or temperature fluctuations during transit.

  • We cannot candle eggs after shipment to confirm viability.

For these reasons:

  • Incubated eggs are sold as-is.

  • No refunds, replacements, or hatch guarantees are offered on incubated eggs.

By purchasing incubated eggs, you agree to accept the increased risk associated with shipping developing embryos.


No Hatch Rate Guarantee

Due to factors beyond our control after shipment, we do not guarantee hatch rates on shipped eggs.

We guarantee only that:

  • Eggs are fresh and fertile to the best of our knowledge.

  • Eggs are properly packaged before leaving our farm.


Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Poor hatch rates

  • Infertility claims

  • Improper incubation

  • Shipped incubated egg losses

We may consider replacement or partial credit only in cases of verified severe shipping damage, with proper documentation submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


Buyer Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Allow shipped eggs to rest 12–24 hours (large end up) before incubation

  • Use a calibrated incubator with stable temperature and humidity

  • Follow proper incubation procedures

We strongly recommend researching best incubation practices before purchasing.
